How the Caesars Windsor login actually works

To begin, go to caesars.com/caesars-windsor and select “Sign In/Join” in the top menu. That button sends you to the Caesars Rewards sign-in form. On that page you can use the email registered on your account, the mobile number on file, or your Caesars Rewards card number, then your password. Once you have found the right page, the flow is quite simple.

There is a “Remember Me” checkbox on the form. On a personal computer or phone that you control, it makes sense to keep it on so you do not repeat the same details every time. When your login is accepted, the dashboard pulls in your full Caesars Rewards profile, any available offers, and current or past bookings for Caesars Windsor and any other linked locations.

Signing in on desktop

On a desktop or laptop browser, the Caesars Windsor login process usually takes less than two minutes as long as your credentials are correct and handy.

Recovering access

Caesars Windsor is one of the destinations under the Caesars Rewards program, so your Caesars Windsor login is really a single login for the entire network. Your credentials work across all connected Caesars properties in North America, including Caesars Windsor in Canada, and all eligible points add into a shared balance for your account. There are a few Caesars-branded login screens online that might look similar at first glance, but they are not intended for Caesars Windsor guests managing their personal rewards account. Knowing which ones to skip saves a bit of time and avoids typing your credentials into the wrong place.

The login at caesarstotalreturn.com, for example, is meant strictly for staff rewards, with Caesars Windsor Human Resources using an Employee Number as the username for employee login. It is separate from guest accounts and does not give access to Caesars Windsor bookings or offers. The Caesars Rewards Visa Credit Card portal, operated by Comenity, is also different: that site manages the credit card itself, not your Caesars Rewards loyalty profile.

You may still come across older URLs that include “TotalRewards” or “mytotalrewards” in the web address. Those links go back to a previous name for the program. They now redirect to the current Caesars Rewards login page, so they do still function, but the active program name for your account is Caesars Rewards.

What you can do once you are logged in

After you complete your Caesars Windsor login and reach the main dashboard, you can move into the areas guests tend to use most often. For stays at Caesars Windsor, you can begin hotel bookings directly from the “Hotel” section. Room types, available rates, and dates you see are adjusted based on your Caesars Rewards tier and offers, so your view may differ from another guest with a different tier level.

Under “Casino Promotions” you will find offers connected to your individual account. These are not generic promotions. They are tailored to your play history and tier level across Caesars Rewards properties, including Caesars Windsor. Depending on what is currently available, you may see complimentary stay offers, dining credits, or access to certain events, so it is worth checking that section from time to time.

It is important to be clear on one specific point for our Canadian guests: the Caesars Windsor sportsbook operates as an on-site, physical facility. Signing in to your Caesars Rewards account from home does not provide online sports betting or remote wagering access in Canada. Bets for the Caesars Windsor sportsbook are placed in person at the resort; no online access is available in Canada. Your eligible activity there is still tracked towards your Caesars Rewards points and tier, but the actual betting remains on-property.

Guests visiting primarily for entertainment, restaurants, or meetings can also use the logged-in view to browse upcoming shows, dining options, and certain reservations where those are enabled online. Not every service is bookable through the portal, but with your account logged in, you will generally see a broader set of options than a visitor browsing the site without signing in.
