What Is Actually Running on the Floor
When you step onto our casino floor at 377 Riverside Drive East in Windsor, Ontario, you walk into more than 80 live table games in one place. Blackjack, roulette, mini baccarat, craps, Caribbean Stud, Let It Ride - the classics are spread out across the floor and they are running day and night. The operation does not shut down on specific hours, and we do not post routine “closed for maintenance” blocks for the live tables. If you walk in at 3am on a Tuesday, you will still see dealers on the games and seats in action.
There is one detail that matters for a lot of players before they even leave home. Caesars Windsor is, at this time, the only casino in Ontario with a live craps table. Not only in the Windsor area, but across the province. That point is laid out in the official property fact sheet and is a big draw for guests who focus on dice. If craps is what you like to play, this is the property in Ontario that offers it live.
Side by side with the live tables, we also run electronic table game formats. That mix lets you choose what pace and style suits you on a particular visit without switching venues. On a different part of the floor, there are about 2,200 slot machines, so the live tables sit in a defined area rather than being fully blended with the slots. It helps to keep the live games section more focused and easier to read when you first walk in.
| Game Type | Format | Notes |

Caesars Windsor operates as part of Caesars Rewards, so every eligible wager you make on the live table floor can earn program points, and redemptions use that same account. Guests enroll for Caesars Rewards on property with valid ID, and if you already hold a Caesars Rewards card from any of our other North American locations, it works here as well. There is no need to create a new profile or reset anything.
Getting to the Tables
Our resort sits right on the edge of the Detroit River, facing the U.S. side, with access from both the Ambassador Bridge and the Windsor-Detroit Tunnel. Once you enter the building, overhead signage separates directions toward the casino floor, hotel check-in desks, and entertainment areas so you are not guessing which way to walk for live games.
Before you take a seat at a game, it is important to keep a few basics in mind:
- Bring valid government-issued photo identification. Ontario gaming regulations apply to everyone on the casino floor without exception, and you may be asked to show ID either when entering or when you approach a particular table.
- Arrange your chips at the cashier cage or, where supported, by exchanging cash at a table. Caesars Windsor operates in Canadian dollars, so you should be aware of that if you are arriving from outside Canada.
- Take a quick look at the posted table minimums before you commit to a game. Minimums shift by game type, by the time of day, and by day of the week, so it helps to know that number in advance rather than after you sit down.
- Hand over your Caesars Rewards card to the dealer or floor supervisor before your first bet so your play can be tracked and points posted correctly.
- If you are coming in mainly for the craps table, ask the first floor attendant or security host you see to point you in the right direction. It is one of the standout features on our floor, and staff know where it is at all times.
There is one small habit we recommend almost everywhere, and it applies here too. When you visit a new casino floor, give yourself a few minutes to walk one full loop around the layout before you sit. That quick walk often prevents you from settling at a table that does not fit your limits, or walking right past a game you actually wanted to play.
During your session, pit supervisors and floor staff circulate through the different pits. If anything is not clear - table limits, game rules, or whether a variant is available on a given shift - you can stop them and ask. Their role includes explaining how things work so you are not guessing the rules at the table.
